Chocolate New...

Date: Wed 12 Mar 03 | Category: Domestic life.

I've never really bothered with the plain old Kit Kat. It was always too much about the wafer, and not enough about the chocolate. But now the good people at Nestle have finally stumbled across a delicious way to reformat their tired old chocolate wafer biscuit into a gut-filling delicious chocolate delight...the Kit Kat Chunky!

I've tried the plain, and I've even tried the new caramel...but you can't beat the Kit Kat Chunky White. However I can't ever seem to find White in Kingsize (maybe they only make the plain one in that size), and the normal size is never enough, and two bars is always a little too much.

I found a trolley full of White Chunky's on special in Big W the other day and you would have been able to imagine my delight. They were 50c each (instead of $1.40 or so). For my own good, I never try to plan ahead further than the next day when it comes to chocolate, so I only bought 3: 2 for that day, and 1 for the next.

If I had bought anymore, I just would have overdosed.

Somethings are just worth OD'ing on.

Totally off the subject, you know you look very similar to the handyman on one of Channel 7's DIY shows. He has a really harsh voice, you may know the bloke I'm refering to.

Hmmm. I watch some of 'dem shows. More information please?

I am yet to see my doopleganger on prime-time tv, although...it's hardly surprising ( *ducks people throwing shoes at his head* )

yes indeed, gots to love the chocolate, it is one of the better things you can find.. i have never seen this white kit kat, i am now going to go look for one i am not sure if we have them here.

oh my.. you can freeze chocolate??

incidentally, a couple of weeks ago I found exactly the same bargain with the same reasoning. I forbid myself any more than two bars - both of which were a part of a hearty overdose session the same afternoon.

this week I decided to go a huge block of chocolate, it shall be rationed over the weekend during study. it's for the brain ju know!
